Home stay The Home stay with the luxury of a four star hotel. In the nature where its still nice and quiet.Homestay is a small Luxurious guesthouse with three beautiful rooms and one nice cottage.Two of the homestay rooms and the cottage overlook our tropical garden, the swimming pool, the rice fields with a view to the mountains and a meditation temple. The Homestay has a nice veranda where you can enjoy your mail/dinner.Or have a nice conservation with some other guests on the bar.

You can have a break in the big hammock and enjoy the view, read a book or have some exercise on the home trainer. The homestay has a large swimming pool with a children's pool and a jacuzzi as well. At the pool is a roof terrace with an amazing view to the mountains. Spa and Massage... you need some relaxation afther travelling or just want to pamper yourself. Spend some time at Sumalee Spa Service. We have some scooters and mountain bikes four rent. Directly from the homestay you can do nice mountain bike trips

Preparation 1. Put a medium sized pan on the heat, add the coconut milk and cook for 1 minute. 2. Add the green curry to the pan and stir it untill mixed, bring to the boil. 3. When the curry is boiling, add the chicken mince using a teaspoon. The aim is to make round ball shaped mince balls. 4. Cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. 5. Add the fish sauce, salt, sugar, red chillis, aubergines, citrus leaves, basil (basically all the other ingredients) and stir it for a few seconds over the heat to warm them through. 6. Turn the heat off and serve it warm with hot rice or rice noodle
