Ingredients 100g olive oil 1 onion 1 pinch savory ½ tea cup rice 1 pinch salt 2 tbsps tomato sauce 1 pinch black and red pepper 1 potato 1 pinch parsley 10 cabbage leaves
Chop one onion and one potato
Put the chopped onion and potato in a frying pan
Steam a little the onion and add the rice. Fry it a little with the onion and add some water. Mix it for about 1min
Add one pinch red pepper, pour the tomato sauce, mix it again and turn off the cooker.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt, black pepper, savory and parsley
Take one cabbage leaf, put in it a tablespoon of the mixture and wrap the leaf
Put the stuffed cabbage in a pot, pour them with water and put them in low heat to boil for 30min
