Ambition in Action TAA1 Advisory Activity Process All teachers appointed permanent on probation receive developmental support on a regular and ongoing basis during their first year of teaching. All new permanent teachers and temporary teachers TAA1 is completed between the 8 th and 12 th week The TAA1 is arranged at a mutually agreeable time. Ambition in Action Mandatory Training TAA1 Advisers must have completed the appropriate TAA1 Assessment Training Program and be re-accredited every five years. Both TAA2 Assessors must have completed the appropriate TAA1 and TAA2 Assessment Training Programs and be re-accredited every five years.
