What powers does the President have?  Commander of Armed Forces  Make treaties  appoint the ambassadors

What are the duties of the presidents??  Keep the U.S.A in budget  Make sure that laws are enforced  Protect the constitution  Deal with other countries if they try to fight with the U.S.A.

How does the constitution limit the powers of the president?  The constitution is like a guide line for the president to follow  The president cannot change what is in the constitution  The president must share some of his powers with the congress

How are the branches organized:  Department of state: to handle relations with other countries.  Department of treasury: to handle the money of the federal government.

 Attorney General: to be the chief law enforcement officer  Department of War: now called the Department of Defense to handle the defense of the nation. Continuation:
