12 One last significant consideration. If the Old Covenant ended at the Cross, then what was it that judged those under the Old Covenant system? If the Destruction of Jerusalem was brought about under the judgment of the New Covenant, then what Scripture do we have to qualify this? Remember this! It was the Overspreading of Abominations that caused Jerusalem to be destroyed, and their violations under the Old Covenant. Therefore, the same Laws that they violated would be the same Laws that would judge them, and therefore those Laws would have to be in affect to Judge them.
