Caribbean Environmental Health Institute The Morne, PO Box 1111, Castries, St. Lucia Tel: ; Fax: Web site: World Water Forum - Background  When: 5th World Water Forum - Istanbul, Turkey, 15 to 22 March 2009  Hosted by: General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.  Aims: The WWF is the main water-related event in the world putting water firmly on the international agenda re: achieving global collaboration in solving water problems Offers the water community stakeholders at all levels and policy- and-decision-makers to network in finding solutions.  Who: The Forum is convened by the World Water Council.
