21 st Century Learners Mobile Devices are everywhere and kids know how to use them. Let’s leverage the technology and find ways to make our teaching and learning more effective, efficient and exciting!

 · Students should know that they should never give bad news in a text message. ("I heard our soccer coach quit!")   · Students should understand that they are responsible for what they text to other people. Teach your child to refrain from gossiping about others, trashing others, and being unkind in general.

 If found with a cell phone turned on during a test, students receive an automatic two grade deduction from the test scores. Remind everyone to turn their phones off prior to the test.  If found using cell phone during class, automatic deduction from their participation score.
