Pieces of the readiness puzzle Right organization Culture, technology Right manager Skilled, trusting, manages by objectives & results Right job responsibilities Portable, materials access, less face-to-face Right employee

Are you right for the job? Already very familiar with work tasks, organization, culture, colleagues The longer you have been with company, the better Need to understand how what you do fits into the larger corporate picture Good working relationships with your Library colleagues and with everyone you interface with
