How to Achieve its GOALS  Starbucks plans to continue to rapidly expand it retail operation, grow its specialty sales and others operations, and selectively pursue opportunities to leverage the Starbucks brand through the introduction of new products and the development of new distribution channels

Managing Employees  Hiring, training, and motivating employees is critical for any business.  Entrepreneurs can best serve themselves and the business by gradually recruiting and grooming employees for management positions, entitleling trust and support from other employees.  Leading:  Guiding and motivating employees to work effectively to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.  Giving assignments.  Explaining routines.  Clarifying policies.  Providing feedback on performance.
