Where is the Rocky Mountain Region Located? Located west of the Great Plains and east of the Basin and Range.

What Does the Rocky Mountain Region Look Like? Contains the Continental Divide, which determines the directional flow of rivers. Rugged mountains stretching from Alaska almost to Mexico; high elevations. Click here to learn more about the Continental Divide
