3 Documents Communiqué 10-Year Implementation Plan Technical Blueprint (name to be determined)

Communiqué One-page statement by ministers, highlighting vision, consensus, and adoption of 10-Year Implementation Plan. First draft prepared by Secretariat and negotiated at GEO-5.

10-Year Implementation Plan A short definition and description (no more than 10 pages) of key principles, elements, and actionable items for ministerial consideration and approval. Linked fundamentally to the GEOSS Technical Blueprint. First draft prepared by IPTT and negotiated at GEO-5.

Technical Blueprint (name TBD) Fuller technical description of the details of the GEOSS Implementation Plan. (50 pages) Developed from the Implementation Plan Draft Outline presented at GEO-4 by the IPTT. Draft prepared for technical and governmental review, but not negotiation.

Schedule Phase 1 July 2004 Technical Blueprint/Foundation Draft 0 10-Year Implementation Plan Draft 0 September 2004 Special Governance Working Session Plan and Blueprint Draft 1 available for governmental review.
