2 Summary of Key Findings: Key Findings: 38 people attended the meeting. Survey response rate was 89%*. All respondents agreed the meeting was a good use of their time. One hundred percent of the respondents provided a favorable rating of the Twelve Keys to Requirements Elicitation presentation, with 63% rating it Excellent. 93% percent agreed that the material presented would benefit them in their current role, which is our highest rating in this category thus far. 100% of respondents rated the ice breaker as good or better. General comments are noted on the last slide. * Board and committee members are not included in the survey responses.

3 Response Rate: Respondents: 24 of 27 attendees* provided feedback resulting in an 89% response rate. Survey response rate was 89%, which is very good compared to past meetings. * Feedback from Board and committee members not included.

4 Presentation Feedback: The overall assessment of the Twelve Keys to Requirements Elicitation Presentation. The material presented in the Twelve Keys to Requirements Elicitation presentation will benefit me in my current role. 100% of attendees rated the presentation good or better and 96% agreed that the material would benefit them in their current role.

5 Ice Breaker & Overall Feedback: The overall assessment of the Ice Breaker. 100% rated the ice breaker as good or better and 100% agreed the meeting was a good use of their time. Today’s meeting was a good use of my time.
