B AD STRESS - DISTRESS Bad Stress can: Contribute to heart disease, high blood pressure, and strokes Make you more likely to catch less serious illnesses like colds. It can contribute to alcoholism, obesity, drug addiction, cigarette use, depression, and other harmful behaviors. ( )

T IME MANAGEMENT  Writing a weekly schedule Creating a Daily To-Do List Prioritize your tasks What is most important Be realistic Only put things on the list that you know you can accomplish Build in extra time for unexpected events emergencies Chunk your time Put the things which make up the most of your day at the top of your list

T IME MANAGEMENT Deal with the demands of others Schedule time to spent with family and friends Learn to say NO! Do not overextend yourself. Use unexpected gifts of time Utilize your time while at the Doctor’s office or on a long commute to read or do some home work Know yourself Are you most productive in the morning, evening or night?
