So Where Do Ideas Come From? In a group identify how you as coaches move change teams from problems, breakdowns, and complexities to identifying ideas for change and improvement – include what you learned from the video.

Creative People  Are able to break out of their habitual thought patterns.  Demonstrate mental flexibility.  Don’t try to be original but are spontaneous.  Make unexpected connections and combinations.  Produce lots of ideas.  Are not afraid to be perceived as a little bit crazy.
