CT farmers work hard to meet your expectations. Their livelihood and reputations rely on it. There is no required inspection program or license to sell unprocessed, whole, raw fruits and vegetables. You should expect fruits & vegetables that are wholesome, free from spoilage, and otherwise deemed safe for human consumption based on generally recognized industry standards from any farmer or wholesaler delivering to your school system.
