2) Go to the Taste of Chicago, July 10-14, 2013: eat something weird!
3) See fireworks around 4 th of July or at Navy Pier all summer Wed (9:30PM) or Sat (10:15PM)
4) Go to the Air and Water Show, August 17-18, 2013
5) Visit the new modern wing at the Art Institute; Abelardo Morell exhibit
6) See a free concert at Millennium Park
7) Volunteer to help at a 5K or longer run
8) Visit the remodeled Sears/Willis Tower Skydeck
9) Find a neighborhood festival or go to Lollapalooza (Aug 2-4)
10) Go for a bicycle ride along the lake or do the LATE Ride (1AM to Sunrise, June 30)
11) Explore Graceland, Rosehill, or Oakwoods cemetery (get a guide from their office before you start)
12) Go to a Farmers’ Market (Wed, Sat mornings in Lincoln Park and other locations)
13) Hang out on a public beach
14) See the sun rise on the lakefront (Sunday mornings are the quietest)
15) Get far away from the city to star gaze on a clear night
16) See a professional or semi-pro baseball game
17) Go out for some REALLY GOOD ice cream
18) Visit a conservatory or botanic garden
