Saint John Bosco Parish Organizational Schema April

Parish Vision Saint John Bosco Church is an arm of the Archbishop of Philadelphia whose mandate is to teach, sanctify and govern God’s Holy People in the name of Jesus Christ. –Our collaboration, in service to the Pastor, involves bringing every member of our parish into unity with him and in communion with Christ.

Mission Statement We, the parish community of Saint John Bosco, proclaim our trust in God’s love. We welcome all to come together to worship and grow in love of God and neighbor, to serve others, and to be especially attentive to the spiritual growth of our youth.

Reason for Structure In order to best assist the pastor in his ministry, we are creating an avenue for communication not only in the area of vision and mission but also between organizations that will facilitate collaboration, support and encouragement for each other.. Leaders of organization meet in Teams with the pastor, which gives the pastor an opportunity to listen advise and reiterate both vision and mission. Discussion of issues, listening help make for better Decision making and action
