Program History  Inaugural year  Conceived by former EIT Chief Information Officer Larry Henderson  Eight Interns;13 weeks

What is FAMU EIT? The Florida A & M University Office of Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is located in Tallahassee, Florida. EIT can be divided into these units: Infrastructure support (campus networks, wireless technologies, ) Technical help desk/services (password resolutions, iRattler, configuring personal PCs for wireless access) Web applications and development (FAMU.edu, University web content, tools used to disseminate information via the web)

Web Applications and Development 1. Technical Support (daily)  Task Management System (TMS) Respond to user requests (creating web forms and databases, training, troubleshooting, uploading files, password resetting, statistical reports)  Other Coordinate event Web casts (BOT meetings, President’s Convocation) Responsibilities split between daily task an projects:
