Monarch Management Obtain at least 12 of the 20 titles, multiple copies. Code with stickers, orange tape, label protectors. Prepare displays and bulletin boards to promote. Provide bibliographies, bookmarks and checklists. Encourage student, teacher, parent participation. Collaborate with public library/school library. Ensure voting eligibility of students. Establish voting procedures.
