PhotoCube - m Using this free download, users can create cubes with student photos. The free download has an advertisement on one side of the cube, but if you purchase the program the advertisement side is gone! The site offers other free photo programs, but I’ve found I like PhotoCube 1.1 the best. m
PortaPortal - This website management tool is free to educators! If you want to find what other PortaPortal users are bookmarking, do a quick Google search with a search something like this: “music + portaportals”
WriteBoard - This site allows you to quickly share documents. Once the site is created, you can share the site with others. The sited can be edited by each person it is shared with. You get a posting to see who is making the edits. This would be great for submitting rough drafts to teachers without using any paper!
Citation Machine - By just entering the key information, users can create corrected composed citations for their documents. This is a GREAT tool for anyone who needs to document a source.

Open Office Suite - OpenOffice.org the product is a multi-platform office productivity suite. It includes the key desktop applications, such as a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation manager, and drawing program, with a user interface and feature set similar to other office suites. Sophisticated and flexible, OpenOffice.org also works transparently with a variety of file formats, including those of Microsoft Office. The download is available at this link, but it is also available on this CD.
