Planned Activity Identify (and support) industry clusters that need interventions on environment friendly and climate smart solutions Status Sensitized the Bohol Provincial Tourism Council /Bohol Tourism Office on Green Economic Development and their roles in Greening the Bohol Tourism Value Chain Focused Group Discussions with accommodation, tour and transport operators and souvenir sectors resulted to Action Plans addressing environmental issues  Drafted resolutions for accommodation and tour/transport sectors on localizing accreditation of accommodation and tour operator operations and amending the requirement for “brand new cars for transport operators Line of Intervention Green framework conditions MSMEs, LGUs, NGAs and BMOs cooperate to use opportunities for an environmental friendly and climate smart development

Planned Activity Conduct inventory of LGUs that implement green development projects. Status Started the process of compiling environment friendly policies and legislation of all the 47 municipalities of Bohol province Line of Intervention Green framework conditions (1) MSMEs, LGUs, NGAs and BMOs cooperate to use opportunities for an environmental friendly and climate smart development

Planned Activity Compile good cases of green policies/ legislation of LGUs Status Supported the conduct of a Study to consolidate case examples of green policies/legislation of LGUs Case examples of LGUs with green policies/projects were presented during Green Forum for Bohol’s LGUs Line of Intervention Green framework conditions MSMEs, LGUs, NGAs and BMOs cooperate to use opportunities for an environmental friendly and climate smart development

Planned Activity Facilitate benchmarking visits to locations/compa nies that have demonstrated impacts thru combining greening measures with economic development Status LGUs and MSMEs were identified during the Cebu H &W Action Planning Workshop >> to do benchmarking visit to Aloguinsan, Cebu LGU Preparatory activities were undertaken to facilitate possible green learning visit to Germany Line of Intervention Green framework conditions MSMEs, LGUs, NGAs and BMOs cooperate to use opportunities for an environmental friendly and climate smart development
