Goal: Metric: Performance Measure #1: Maintain Core group of Remediation Projects in ITRC Portfolio Goal: Metric: Performance Measure #2: Smart Decision Making at Remediation Sites Number of remediation projects within ITRC portfolio on annual basis Maintain minimum of 50% remediation projects in ITRC portfolio Use of products (Guidance Documents and/or Training) At least two success stories per project before end of implementation
