Lessons Learned

APEX - Lessons Learned 5 P’s are important CIM is positively viewed by other universities Money buys friendships Building synergy is difficult (navigation of political waters) Applied programs can be unchartered territory for some traditional STEM colleges. Universities live by different rules (than each other and industry) Transferring a program is much easier than developing one Partnerships are fun (and challenging)!
