Understanding the Requirements and Specifications –Publically publish requirements and specifications to ensure Interoperability is supported. –Test Cases built in conjunction with the requirements specifications; support for Test Driven Development (TDD). Common Understanding of Interoperability with Actionable Results –Testing to ensure Interoperability. –What is sufficient level of testing, ensure schedules does not dictate when testing is completed. Adoption of Common Standards and Terminologies –What are the commonly recognized SDOs to engage and follow? The OSEHRA Interoperability Work Group (IWG) is aimed ensuring continuous interoperability and at promoting the importance of continuous testing within the information exchange and Health IT industry. The IWG will mobilize the community to participate in the building and advancing of Operational Open Source interoperability solutions. Purpose
