Set a target for when you will accomplish it  Step four: Achieving your vision or goal will take a series of activities.  Step five: Re-check the series of activities to insure they are in the proper order  Step six: Do not allow procrastination to set in. You can always make an excuse to put it off till later. Do not fall to that temptation  Step seven: Keep the body in motion daily.
