Answering Multiple Choice Questions  Underline key words & phrases in the stems and answers.  Anticipate the answer before looking at the answer choices. This forces you to focus on the question, not the answer.  Read all answer choices.  Mark out answers you know are incorrect.  If you think there is more than one correct answer, read closely and determine which is the BEST answer.  When a question directs you to a specific word or line, plan to read a bit before and after the reference in order to understand the context.  Look for those only, except, always, never questions.  Easy questions are worth the same value as difficult ones. Circle the difficult questions and return to them at the end
