A pt present to the ER c/o pain in RUQ that radiates to his right shoulder. He has had a weight loss of 15 pounds over the last month. He states he is unable to eat without getting nauseated. His lab work is unremarkable. Vital Signs are normal, no fever, no chills. On exam, patient has marked tenderness on abdominal exam over RUQ. Bowel sounds are present and active X 4 quadrants.
