TRiO Programs

Increase college retention and graduation rates for eligible participants Foster an institutional climate supportive of low income and first generation college students and/or college students with disabilities Funded to serve 320 students (200 Classic and 120 STEM) Services begin immediately after approved application Program Goals

Citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. Undergraduate student at the University of Memphis Have a need for program services Meet one or more of these requirements:  First generation college student  Income eligible  Documented disability via the Office of Disability Services Eligibility

Evidence of success Likelihood that you will remain in college AND graduate with a minimal debt load by participating in TRiO SSS
