Homeward Bound Brockville Replicating WoodGreen’s Homeward Bound program (80% success rate) A holistic, 4 year job-readiness program that integrates key supports Program participants earn college diplomas, start careers Achieve economic self-sufficiency for themselves and their children

4 Phases Skills training and academic upgrading – including financial literacy, soft skills, employability skills, high school diploma, college prep Formal education – college diploma (free) compatible with local labour market Internship – 14 week unpaid professional work experience in chosen field Employment – full-time, living wage
