The People 1.Lyubomir Alamanov – Chairman of the Management Board, managing partner of NAIC – National Agency for Investments and Trade - a private company with expertise in consulting, public affairs and government relations. Prior to that he was Chief to the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Development, working not only for coordinating the efforts of the cabinet, but also as a group leader in the areas of administrative reform, electronic government, impact assessment, business regulations, financial education and many others. He has twenty years of professional experience in communications, being managing partner of APRA Porter Novelli – the best Bulgarian PR and communication agency. Lubomir Alamanov was one of the founders and the first Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of PR Agencies 2.Boris Karakushev – Member of the Management Board, 3.Theodora Borisova – Member of the Management Board, graduated from the College of Europe and the French Ecole Nationale d'administration, she worked in the Council of ministers of Bulgaria as an expert in the Department dealing with coordination of EU policies. She then took a position in the private sector and since 2011 is working as a "government &public affairs" manager in the Bulgarian branch of an International chemical group 4.Vlatko Gligorov – Member of the Management Board, medical doctor with PhD in public health and with sound knowledge and experience in developing policies and conducting advocacy campaigns for healthcare and pharmaceutical sector; a member of North America-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and a regional representative of the European Cities against Drugs (ECAD) 5.Evgenia Popova-Ruseva, Member of the Management Board, 5th Annual PACE meeting | Vienna, Austria May 7 & May 8, 2015

The People cont. 6.Diana Pazaitova – Member of the Management Board, managing partner of Fama Consulting - a private company with expertise in public affairs, parliamentary advocacy and government relations. She has twenty years of professional experience in multinational environment and is expert in gathering and interpreting political and business information. Prior to that she led the Bulgarian office of an independent public affairs and strategy consultancy firm with offices across Central and Southeast Europe and worked as programme manager in public education and public relations for several USAID projects and other international assistance donors. Areas of service currently cover energy, mining industry, oil and gas extraction, metallurgy, financial services, tobacco industry, etc. She is a senior lecturer at the Technical University of Sofia. Since June 2013 Diana has been a member of the Board of Directors of AmCham Bulgaria; she is also a Co-chair of the Public Affairs Committee with the Chamber. 7.Denitsa Sacheva - Atanasova – Member of the Management Board, public figure with experience in health and social care, intercultural communications, international relations and politics. She has obtained different positions in state and government institutions, business and NGO sector. Founder of IntelDay Solutions (2001) - strategic communication agency. 8.Viktor Malamed – Chairman of the Ethic Commission, Partner at Fama Consulting, Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand in Bulgaria 9.Toma Tomov – Member of the Ethic Commission, member of the Supervisory Board of the National Health Insurance Fund and advisor of the Minister of Health; 10.Stanislava Vitkova, Member of the Ethic Commission, lawyer at VMG Law office 11.Ruja Zagorska, Member of the Ethic Commission, CEO APRA Porter Novelli 12.Maria Uzunova, Member of the Ethic Commission, Regulatory expert with experience in all aspects of ensuring product compliance in foods; auditing and lobbying activities.
