RICS Standards – Red Book, Blue Book, NRM, SMM7 … The online versions of the RICS professional standards (Red Book, Blue Book, NRM and SMM7) are available on isurv. The standards are updated first on isurv, so you will always have access to the most up-to- date versions. isurv also includes an archive of the standards allowing you to check relevant information for a specific point in time.

Search: basic Search is available at the top right of every page. You can narrow your search by topic using the drop down (you are able to click multiple topics), or select ‘All’ to search the entire isurv site.

Search: results On the results page you have another chance to narrow your search by topic. If your search term is included in the isurv Glossary you will be able to click a ‘Definition’ link at the top of the page.

Search: advanced For more specific searches there is an ‘Advanced search’ option. Results can again be filtered by topic, but also by file type, resource or learning level.
