ASTPHND 2007 New York State Training Project 15 local organizations received a 5-year Eat Well Play Hard Community Project grant This first year organizations are required to conduct a community assessment using Moving to the Future tools ASTPHND training project included a talk about community assessment and 2 hours of technical assistance with each local organization
