Founded in 1989, Tijuana EDC (“DEITAC”) Desarrollo Economic e Industrial de Tijuana, A. C., Is a non-profit organization dedicated to attracting and facilitating foreign investment and the successful start-up of manufacturing operations in the Tijuana-San Diego Region.
