balancedgrowth.ohio.gov Balanced Growth Strategy Action Items State Support for Watershed Planning Partnerships –Planning support (7 items) Financial support, technical support, improving ties to infrastructure planning, and SAWG role –Implementation support of endorsed plans (6 items) Highest priority action: updating and enhancing the special incentives available to participating communities with state endorsed Watershed Balanced Growth Plans

Red: extra points on applications Blue: special consideration in application process Green: percentage point discounts There are 20 additional state programs that have been proposed to include special incentives.
