KC Hi Parents, We will have an awesome year of learning and maturing. Our first week will begin, with class/school rules, and reviewing our pre-k knowledge, and building our knowledge in reading and math. Ms. Taylor 1A Greeting 1A Parents, For the first week we will be reviewing. The most important thing that we will be focusing on is learning and understanding the rules, procedures and expectations of the classroom so that we may have a successful year. In reading, we will be working on improving our written and oral communication skills, increasing vocabulary, and beginning to read more independently. Our class will learn classroom and campus school rules. In Reading, we will be identifying facts and details, finding the main idea and learning new vocabulary words. In Math, we will be identifying math in everyday situations, comparing and ordering tens, and recalling basic addition and subtraction facts.
