Data: Most States Have Inpatient Datasets, Are HCUP Partners WA MT ND VT ME MN OR NH ID WI SD MA NY WY MI RI IA PA NV NE CT OH UT IL IN NJ CO CA WV VA DE KS MO DC KY NC MD TN AZ OK AR In the 1999 HCUP files, AHRQ had 24 HCUP State Partners – represented by the states shaded in green. Currently, in the 2003 data, this number has grown to 38 State Partners – representing 90% of hospital discharges. (CLICK) Of the remaining 12 states, 4 states represented in red (CLICK) do not collect inpatient data.
