5 The Law It regulates the legal and the probatory value of the electronic document and the use of the electronic signature in that document. 10 Certificadores Acreditados The certifiers who wish to emit certificates of electronic signature outpost, will have to accredit themselves at the Sub Secretary's office of Economy. The accreditation intends that the certifier demonstrates that counts with the facilities, such as computer science systems, programs and human resources necessary to grant certificates of electronic company/signature, in the terms established by the legal ordering.
