Background & Overview January 2015: Citizen Survey Results March 2015: 2014 Annual Progress Report Delivered to City Council April 28, 2015: SAP Evaluation Results: Staff will integrate feedback into ongoing projects regarding “Existing” Points of Interest discussed during Workshop May 12, 2015: Evaluation of “New” Points of Interest and secured consensus for 4 Fiscal additional Priorities

Role of SAP Tool to implement Council’s Long-term Vision for the City of Palm Coast Vision is dissected into six Long-term Goals for practical implementation Process bridges a closer relationship with Budget and Performance Measure tracking Vision Vision Statement To be recognized as one of Florida’s premier cities in which to live, work and play
