Sports Tutor After School Program  Helping Kids today, making a difference for tomorrow!

What is our Mission?  It is our mission to provide youth with a positive and educational environment; by combining educational with recreational sports and activities.

Our Program is offered August 25th- December 15th  Ages  $ must be paid upfront at the beginning of the season; unless other circumstances need apply.

What activities will our program offer and how will it benefit your youth?  When our organization came together we had a vision Our vision was to take youth from different backgrounds, level of skills and educational difficulties and inspire them!

Our Goals and Values  We value safety, education, health, discipline, and leadership!  It is our goal that through a systematic scheduled program; the youth will value their education, respect others and themselves. We want the youth to create a positive bond with their peers!

Our program is divided into three core sections  Education: Math, Science, English and History  Snack time: consisting of a healthy snack, fruit, water or juice, granola  Sports/ Recreational activities: Relay games, football, baseball, basketball and soccer

Education  The educational part of the program will consist of personal or group tutoring depending upon demand.  Provide time for the youth to do their homework as well as the opportunity for a volunteer to work with the child as they go through their work.  There will be a challenge at the end of every week: Spelling Bee, English Jeopardy, Mix and match History questions or Science and finding something related to your world activity.

Snack  By providing a healthy snack between lunch and dinner we believe keeps youth focused and provides them with energy!

Sport activities/ Crafts  Relay games- give the opportunity for the youth to play at their own skill level and to make the game fun for everyone  Free time - this would consist of tossing a football, setting up their own teams for soccer, basket ball or playing catch with baseball  Crafts - are provided for those that are unable to participate in any of the activities or that would prefer doing something different on a particular day.

Field Trips Park (to take nature walks or play on the playground or pool) Hiking – positive exercise as well as educational opportunity for the youth to explore nature Museums - providing educational experience to learn about history and culture
