Fighting can be necessary  For self-defense  To defend the weak Fighting does not resolve conflict  Defeating an enemy does not answer his grievances or end his hatred.  The defeated are tempted to seek revenge.

 The good news is that we know what to do – now we just have to do it.  Violence is a disease. We have the antidote – it is peace education, to raise social intelligence and development everywhere. All we have to do is inoculate all the children in the world. It is a big job, but we can do it.
