Components Require: Carbon Fiber 2/2 Twill 3k 199g 1m Wide: Fabric Specification Fiber Type & Specification Fiber Type: Grafil Inc. Components Require: Peel Ply 1.52m Wide: Material Nylon Peel ply is often used as the first barrier between the composite and the rest of the vacuum bagging stack. Peel ply will not bond to the composite and can be removed after the product has cured to provide a textured surface perfect for bonding to. Specification: Material Nylon Maximum Use Temperature 190°C Nominal Weight 88g/m² Nominal Thickness 0.152mm Appearance White woven cloth with red tracer

Components Require: Material Nylon Maximum Use Temperature 204°C Tensile Strength 55 MPa Maximum Elongation 400% Thickness 0.050mm / 50um Fold Format Lay Flat Tube (LFT) Width 1.52m Flammability Self-extinguishing Colour Green Incompatible Materials Phenol compounds and strong oxidisers Vacuum Bagging Film: The lay flat tube (LFT)  configuration reducing the amount of gum tape needed and reducing the likelihood of leaks. The film is 1.52m wide. This high performance bagging film is tear resistant and suitable for use in operating temperatures up to 204°C. Specification:

Components Require: Infusion Mesh 1m Wide - Medium Flow: Infusion mesh is used in resin infusion projects to distribute the resin across and throughout the laminate. The mesh is a 'criss cross' pattern of flexible plastic that facilities resin-flow ensuring that resin reaches all parts of the part. Infusion mesh can also be used selectively to increase resin flow to certain areas of the mould and increase the speed with which the project infuses. Infusion mesh can be used in multiple layers where even greater resin flow is required

Components Require: Resin Infusion Line Clamp: Stainless steel Resin Infusion Line Clamp used to clamp vacuum hoses and resin feed hoses shut during certain parts of the resin infusion or vacuum bagging processes.

Components Require: Resin Infusion Silicone Connector: On the underside of the connector is a 4-way channel that ensures a good air channel for the vacuum line into the project or alternatively a good flow of resin into the infusion spiral. This new design replaces our old resin infusion connectors where a different connector was used for the resin line and the vacuum line whilst at the same time improving the performance of the connector for both these uses. The silicone connector is designed to accept a 9mm OD hose such as our 6mm ID budget vacuum hose. The larger channel on the underside of the connector is designed to accept our 6mm OD Resin Infusion Spiral.

Components Require: 6mm ID Budget PVC Vacuum Hose 5m: General purpose clear PVC vacuum hose for use in a wide range of vacuum composites applications. This low priced hose is suitable for use as the resin feed and vacuum connection lines for resin infusion (where the tube is likely to become fouled with resin and be disposable) and also any vacuum bagging applications that will not be subjected to high temperatures.

Components Require: Infusion Spiral Medium Flow 10m Coil: Infusion spiral is a spiral wound plastic tube which allows very easy flow or resin from the resin feed tube into and around a resin infusion project. Infusion spiral is typically positioned underneath the feed line directing resin flow into the further corners of the part. This medium flow spiral has a 3mm ID (4.5mm OD) and is suitable for small to medium sized infusion projects (up to the size of a vehicle bonnet/hood) or for use on large projects where a slower resin distribution is required. The infusion spiral is made from polypropylene plastic and not suitabel for high temperature use.

Components Require: Vacuum Bagging Gum Sealant Tape (High Temp) 15m: High performance vacuum bagging gum sealant tape (also known as tack-tape or pressure tape) used to create strong and reliable seals between pieces of vacuum bagging film. This high temperature bagging tape is suitable for use at room temperature and at elevated temperatures up to 150°C. .

Components Require: Breather Layer Cloth: Vacuum bagging breather fabric (sometimes known as soaker) designed to allow air to flow freely out of vacuum bagged composites. Breather is generally used to completely cover the surface of a part. It can also be used to absorb excess resin (which will come through a bleeder layer like a perforated release film) and create resin traps in resin infusion applications.. .

Components Require: IN2 Epoxy Infusion Resin 1kg Pack SLOW: Our IN2 Infusion Resin is available with a choice of two hardener speeds; 'FAST' which has a pot-life of 9-14mins and is de-mouldable in around 8hrs and 'SLOW' which provides a pot-life of 80-100mins and is de-mouldable in around 24hrs. As standard we recommend using IN2 Infusion Resin with the SLOW hardener, especially for larger infusion projects. For small projects where you are confident of the infusion time, use of the FAST hardener greatly reduces the demould time. During an infusion, you can reduce the chance of the resin 'gelling' in the pot by mixing small quantities at a time and topping up the resin jug as the resin is drawn into the laminate. Once the resin is in the laminate, it is much less likely to exotherm and gel before you want it to. This is the same epoxy infusion resin that is included with our Resin Infusion Complete Starter Kit. The resin cures to a clear finish.
