Kādas īpašības nepieciešamas nākotnes inženierproblēmu risināšanā

Projekta mērķis ir izstrādāt 3D šķiedru kompozītu ražošanas tehnoloģijas, kas vienā ražošanas ciklā spētu izveidot vieglas, bet stiprības ziņā efektīvas konstrukcijas. Primārais fokuss ir uz stiklašķiedras un polipropilēna audumiem, kas ar aušanas/adīšanas tehnoloģijām var tikt veidoti komplicētās 3D formās un pēcāk ieviesti ražošanā ar termopresēšanas paņēmienu. RTU-MKI galvenie uzdevumi projektā ir modelēšanas (skaitliskais aprēķins) un testēšanas ar mērķi izstrādāt un pilnveidot industriālo partneru gala produktu ražošanas un tehnoloģiskos procesus. Projekta partneri: MAPICC 3D (One-shot Manufacturing on large scale of 3D up graded panels and stiffeners for lightweight thermoplastic textile composite structures ) Nr Piemērs – kravas auto kabīnes detaļas (sēdekļa plātnes) aizvietošana ar termoplastiska kompozītu daļu. Mērķis – samazināt auto kopējo svaru, tādējādi samazinot degvielas patēriņu. Sākotnējā metāla plātne no kravas auto kabīnes– masa 3.46 kg Kompozītu konstrukcijas skaitliskā modeļa izveide un optimizācija Optimizētas konstrukcijas prototips no stiklašķiedras polipropilēna kompozīta – masa 1.39 kg Prototips izstrādāts RTU-MKI laboratorijā !

Projekta mērķis ir izstrādāt efektīvu projektēšanas vadlīniju metodiku nesējraķešu kompozītām konstrukcijām, ievērtējot ģeometriskās nepilnības. Plānsieniņu cilindriskās čaulas ir visjūtīgākās pret ražojuma ģeometrijas pielaidēm, tādējādi pētījums ir fokusēts uz projektēšanas/ sertificēšanas metodikas izstrādi un validāciju, ar kuras palīdzību varētu noteikt zemāko uzticamo projektēšanas nestspēju plānsieniņu (R/t attiecība ) kompozītām čaulām. Projekta partneri: DESICOS (New Robust Design Guideline for Imperfection Sensitive Composite Launcher Structures) Nr Šajā projektā RTU-MKI galvenie uzdevumi ir darba pakas vadība, stohastiskas projektēšanas metodikas izstrāde, konstrukciju prototipēšana un eksperimentāli nestspējas pārbaudes testi. Rules for Participation: what’s new? (1) 1. A SINGLE SET OF RULES 3. SIMPLE EVALUATION CRITERIA Excellence – Impact - Implementation (Excellence only, for the ERC) 4. NEW FORMS OF FUNDING aimed at innovation: pre-commercial procurement, inducement prizes, dedicated loan and equity instruments. 2. ONE PROJECT - ONE FUNDING RATE.  Maximum of 100% of direct costs (except for actions close to market, where a 70% maximum will apply)  Indirect eligible costs: a flat rate of 20% of direct eligible costs 5. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION: facilitated but better protecting EU interests.

Rules for Participation: what’s new? (2)  Lowest possible level of requirements for submission of audit certificates without undermining sound financial management;  Audit strategy focused on risk and fraud prevention. 7. FEWER, BETTER TARGETED CONTROLS AND AUDITS Beyond the Rules: further simplified provisions in the Grant Agreement and implementing procedures to facilitate access to Horizon 2020 (eg. common IT platform). 8.
