England The weather In the United Kingdom, it rains nearly all the time. Sunny days are few but very enjoyable. Temperatures usually don’t reach 22°C and don’t fall under 3°C. The money In the United Kingdom, people use a different money from France. The official money is the Pound. On this money we can see the face of the Queen Elisabeth II. Pound

Capital London is the capital of England. It’s a very big town. Its aera is about 1600km². It’s approximately 145 times bigger than Saint Julien en Genevois. Lots of people live in London: there are nearly inhabitants. The town is crossed by the river Thames.

Tower Bridge Tower Bridge is the most famous bridge in London. When the biggest boats want to cross, it opens in two parts.

Buckingham Palace The royal family lives in this palace. The Queen is her majesty the Queen Elisabeth II. The British royal family unites the people bound to British monarchy. If you go to Buckingham Palace, maybe you can see a parade every two days.
