Long Term Facilities Routine Maintenance Replace aging HVACS Replace problematic plumbing lines and toiletries Facelifts Repaint or Replace upper fascia on High School Repaint Elementary, Repaint Parking Lots Gravel Teacher lots, Sidewalks extended to road (possibly covered) Repaint and Repair basketball goals and flag poles Gravel Parking Lot by bus Barn

Long Term Facility Replacements Football Demolition and Rebuild locker rooms and concession area (could combine with softball) Lights Remove or replace fence surrounding field Consider accent borders (SW corner) New Weight Equipment Softball Field **Sell trailers and Build Permanent** Remove or Repair Batting Cage Gravel seating area around backstop **LIGHTS** Plastic Piping on top portion of fence

Long Term Facility Replacements Gym Re-ditch $ redo culverts (CITY??) Repair or Replace Goals South Side Create a parking lot on North side following drainage issue (with Extensive Handicap) Bus Barn Either Destroy or find better usage Maybe it is used and I don’t know?

Agriculture Education Diversified learning and jobs Jobs are growing Better Leaders Hands on Learning Lifetime learning experience Students are better speakers Other Schools that have it Vian Warner Webbers Falls Porum Losing students to each school every year

Finances Accountability At least 2 must see and sign every deposit and check Consider financial planning with consultant Reallocation of Resources Counselor will also teach 1-3 courses? Head coaches will be assistant for each other if possible
