Open = resources that are shared with permission to retain, reuse, revise, remix AND redistribute (5Rs) Resources include: Software (Opensource) Platforms Systems (Open Systems>transparency) Data (Open Data) Open Content (Open Educational Resources; Open Textbooks, Open Courseware, among others) Our OER resources
