First Week of Tryouts 1 st Day: Tuesday, September 8 th - Fitness test at 6:30am – Kittredge Field - Tryout at 8-10pm – Kittredge Field (Dressed and ready; DO NOT go on field until told to do so) 2 nd Day: Wednesday, September 9 th at 6-8pm – Kittredge 3 rd Day w/ Returners: Thursday, September 10 th at 8- 10:00pm – Kittredge -Names will be posted on on Friday, September 11 th - Listed players will continue to Developmental and Performance Season (Starting September 14 th )

Fitness Test September 8 th & 10 th (returners only) Kittredge Field -Practice attire and cleats -Ready to start the test at 6:30am sharp Push ups – 1 minute Sit ups – 1 minute 40 Pro agility 300 (2x Under 1minute) – 25yd Intervals

Developmental & Performance Schedule Lifting*: Mon. and Wed. 6:30am, 7:00am or 7:30am 7/11 Fridays – Lifts will start at 6:30am (9/18 Mandatory) Speed workouts*: Thurs. 8:00 – 9:00 pm** *Led by professional strength and conditioning coach **As semester progresses, this time will become earlier Field practice: Mon., and Wed. 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Tues. 8-10, ****Friday 6-8pm Position Individuals & Indoor ( will start after the Fall Tournament) Tuesday 6:30-9:00am Indoor Turf Wed 6:00 – 8:00pm Kittredge Field **** Fri. practices will consist of field work, yoga, and/or community service.
