Welcome to the Supplier Development Programme Quick Quote is an online quotation facility that enables public sector buyers to obtain competitive quotes by electronic means for all low value purchases.  Quick Quote details are created on the PCS portal and distributed to a select list of suppliers electronically.  Quick Quotes are only distributed to the selected suppliers and are not advertised openly on the portal. If you are invited to quote you should complete the required details and submit your quotation using the secure tender Postbox
