POWER: AS MANY SEE IT Most people associate power with the crude domination of other people. It is also portrayed by unethical people who exploit others. Corruption!

THE FEW DEFINITIONS OF POWER Physical, emotional or mental strength to accomplish something. Energy that is produced by mechanical, electrical, or other means and used to operate a device. (Oxford Dictionaries, Online). The ability to influence the behaviour of other people. (Greiner & Schein, 1988)

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER Many have heard this quote! The scenario of the guy disarming the bomb! Why do people listen to him? Why is knowledge important?

CREATIVE POWER The ability to excel and generate that same excellence in others. A powerful person amplifies their scope of influence. The people’s power, an extension of their leader’s vision.
