We Focus – I-Business Automotive Aftermarket LPG Tank Tasks / Functions The liquid gas tank is a pressure-resistant steel tank which can absorb 10 to 230 liter liquid gas depending on the size. The storage pressure is approximately 9 bar. At an excess pressure of approx bar the safety valve opens and blowes out the gas out-of-doors. Recess tanks as usual today, which are available in different sizes can be placed directly in the spare- wheele recess of the trunk. The spare wheel will be replaced by emergency tire inflator.

We Focus – I-Business Automotive Aftermarket LPG Multivalve - Safety valve Tasks / Functions At an excess pressure of approx bar the safety valve opens and blowes out the gas out-of-doors, so the tank can not explode at a fire of the vehicle! Also when refueling the savety valve cuts off when the recess tank is (at approx. 80%) full. At the same unit there is a tank fuel level indicator and a manual shut-off valve in order not to drain the complete tank at the gas system when performing repairs. The solenoid shut-off valve is only activated after the activation of gas operation.

We Focus – I-Business Automotive Aftermarket LPG Evaporator pressure regulator Tasks / Functions The liquid gas arrives from the tank to the evaporator pressure regulator. Via the cooling circuit the evaporator pressure regulator is heated in order to guarantee a faster vaporisation of the liquid gas. At the evaporator the pressure is reduced to 2 bar. This pressure is constantly available at the injectors.
