The Knight, Death, and the Devil I chose this piece because it is dark and majestic and I like that. This picture shows us the underlying theme of death that was so heavily a part of peoples lives back then.

The Seven-Headed Beast and the Beast with Lamb’s Horns I chose this piece it is a depiction of the biblical prophesy in revelations and I think it is neat. Many of Albrecht Dürer’s etchings are pictures of biblical moments showing the primary religion of the time.

Landscape With Cannon I chose this piece because I appreciate the amount of detail used.

Self Portrait I chose this piece because he reminds me of Aragorn and I love the Lord of the Rings. This picture could show us how men of the time may have dressed and groomed themselves.
